Perform in-depth plans review for all projects to ensure the plans meet Life Safety, IBC
construction, and ADA compliance. Meet with architects, contractors, and residents to work with them to bring their respective plans into compliance, as well as assist them in permitting their project.

Assist in the design and development of all projects, and turning designs into workable design documents for the intent of bidding. Once the project is awarded, work to ensure the building is constructed per the design documents and serve as the Owner’s advocate during the construction phase. Coordinate all Owner supplied equipment, approval all AIA Pay Applications and Change Orders, and work with the general contractor to resolve all construction conflicts.
